4. Client Responsibilities

To perform our services, you must provide us with:

  • FTP/SFTP or hosting control panel access (if required for deeper troubleshooting).

You represent that you have the authority to grant this access and that you own or have the necessary rights to the website content.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to ensure your website runs smoothly, WP Contained is not liable for:

  • Downtime caused by hosting providers or third-party services.
  • Data loss or corruption (though we maintain backups to mitigate this).
  • Issues caused by third-party plugins or themes that are incompatible or abandoned by their developers.
  • Loss of revenue or business opportunities resulting from website issues.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services during the three (3) months prior to the claim.

6. Security and Confidentiality

We take security seriously and implement industry-standard measures to protect your website. We will keep your login credentials and data confidential and will not share them with third parties except as necessary to provide our services (e.g., cloud backup providers).
